Thoughtfully designed mini villas right down to the last detail
In 2023–2024, an impressive new development consisting of 12 detached homes will take shape in Pickala, Siuntio. The concept, main design and interior design of the homes are being headed by Flock. The well-designed mini villas are ideal as a holiday home as well as a permanent residence.
The atrium-style decks of the Tenniskallio mini villas extend the residents’ enjoyment of the outdoor space for as long as possible.
The first model home is due for completion in summer 2023.
