Brand and concept renewal of the Coffee House chain

Coffee shops have maintained a strong position among consumers despite the changing global and market situation. The Coffee House chain has also been well positioned for national growth. The re-launch of the chain set out to build a more attractive, coherent and distinctive brand and concept. The aim was to reach new customers from the cafés' active user base and to develop operational models to increase sales.
