Anna is a creative problem solver who takes a fresh, energetic and passionate approach to assignments, while also understanding the business demands of each solution.

The projects Minna sold and managed during her 16 years at Trainers’ House have given her a solid understanding of business operations and implementing change.

Minna’s work combines a business-driven approach, in-depth knowledge of brand and concept design and the ability to perceive change as a process that flows from people to people. Her decisive project management skills, as well as an approach that adapts to clients’ needs ensure a successful outcome.

Markku is a writer and Finland’s most award-winning advertising designer. He has published novels, novellas and essays, and written for theatre and television. His best-known clients are DNA, Helsingin Sanomat, Kotipizza, McDonald’s, Nokia, Olvi, Snellman, Pohjola, Vaasan and Valio.

After cutting his teeth at Hasan, Aleksi has worked at Flock since day one. Aleksi is our creative go-to guy with a fresh and current approach.

Kati is a seasoned leader who, over the past 25 years, has held various management roles in the areas of customer experience, marketing and communications.

During her career, she has worked at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Finnair, OP, Taaleri and Administer, to name a few. Kati’s strengths are turning strategy into action, change management and her dynamic approach.

Marja is a passionate interior designer with extensive knowledge of materials.

Her customer focus and ability to manage the whole process down to the smallest detail make working with Marja rewarding and smooth.

Tia is a creative interior designer who throws herself into projects with a bright and fresh approach and has the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing ensembles.
