New service package for DNA

Flock was commissioned by DNA to create the basis for the commercial concept of a new service package together with DNA professionals. In addition to the concept, the aim was to clarify the value proposition and to create an internal and external communication strategy.

The work started by establishing the baseline, setting objectives and making a carefully timed work plan. The time frame for implementation was 60 days.
