The former Vallila Interiors property at Nilsiänkatu 15 is a unique complex (4696.5 m²). It has a unique history, character and atmosphere.
The aim was to create value and revitalise the property by commercialising it into a profitable rental property.
Our task was to identify potential target groups and create an overall concept for them. The work included branding the site, functional floor plans and floor plans, as well as the necessary sales and marketing tools and tactical marketing.
