Spatial concepts
Spatial concepts give the client an understanding of the possibilities of an area, property or space, as well as the scope of possibly implementing the concept. Some examples are a master plan for a resort, neighbourhood block, a new use for a building, or interior design for a shop, restaurant or hotel. At the core of the work is finding a functional and visual solution to serve the planned business and service concept.
Main, architectural and interior design
It is often in the interior design where a concept best becomes a reality. Our strength lies in taking the crucial elements and visual presentation of a concept through to completion – within budget and on time. We co-ordinate the plans of other designers into a unified whole and also take care of permit matters for projects as needed.
